1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ChoreQuest (the "App") or any digital services operated by Vellicante Media LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Parental Authority & Account Responsibility

ChoreQuest is intended for family co-use. An adult parent or legal guardian ("Parent") must create and administer the primary household account. By establishing a household, the Parent represents that they are authorized to manage the household unit and oversee any child profile activities.

3. Virtual Currency & Game Points Disclaimer

Educational Gamification Notice: "Doubloons," "Gemma XP Crystals," and "Favor Passes" within ChoreQuest are fictional, in-app educational tracking units designed for gamified habit-building. They possess no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for real-world legal tender from Vellicante Media LLC. Any allowance conversions or rewards represent private arrangements made directly between parents and children.

4. Intellectual Property & License Grant

All artwork, nautical illustrations, custom audio compositions, logos, brand assets, and source code within ChoreQuest are the proprietary intellectual property of Vellicante Media LLC. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal family household purposes.

5. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Any optional premium upgrades or family subscriptions are processed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Terms of purchase, recurring billing, and cancellations are governed by the respective store policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vellicante Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
